Navigating Our Store

Our philosophy of shopping is simple: We believe in presenting our products in a simple and easy way for you to shop fast and simple.

Finding the perfect product used to be a challenge; Frontera Sur makes it fun and easy…We have three different sites for your convenience. Shop on line, for those who like to browse websites looking for special treats; Polo, which is devoted to the game of polo and its many fans; and finally Retailers, which aims at shops and stores that are looking for something different to offer to their clients and are benefited by special prices when buying several products at a time. All said, you probably have an idea of who you're buying for, what kind of gift you'd like to give or how much you'd like to spend. You can browse our products by Category (Leather, Textiles, Silverware, Wood Crafts, books and Native Products).

Monogramming and Personalization:

Many of our products can be personalized using initials or logos. At the bottom of each of these products you’ll have the option “Monogramming and/or Personalization” with an explanation of how you can personalize that item, additional costs and return policies. Custom made items

Some of our products can be slightly changed to suit your needs.
This is possible since we work with artisans and not with large scale manufacturers. If you want to know whether a product can be crafted in a different color, combination of colors, size or material, send an e-mail to one of our Personal Shoppers any day of the week, 10am-6pm PT. Frontera Sur Gift Box
Our signature Blue gift box comes lined with ivory tissue and is accented with a hand-tied ivory grosgrain ribbon. Your personalized message is printed on a gift card and carefully tucked inside a Blue envelope. This optional finishing touch on your gift is available for most items at $4.95 per gift.
Some of our gifts do not fit into our Blue gift boxes or are best shipped in a different presentation. Oversize items that do not fit into a Blue gift box arrive carefully packed and presented with a gift card.

Corporate Gifts
Your corporate gifts say a lot about you and your organization, so make them memorable and personal. Multiple Ship-to Addresses
Use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses, whether you're sending the same gift to everybody or different gifts to each address. Our inventory is constantly updated in real time. When you order an item, you'll know instantly whether it's in stock, and if not, when it will be, right on the product information page.

Sizing

Sizes may vary between countries. Therefore we have a sizing chart that will help you determine your size both in inches and in centimeters. Just follow the instructions to measure your body and check the chart to see which your size in our catalog is. You can order items in either inches or centimeters.

Oops! Did you just remember your aunt's birthday is tomorrow? Everyone's been caught at least once at the 11th hour with a gift emergency. Our Express Gifts collection is a group of gifts always available for next-day delivery. Order any Express Gift by 11pm ET, Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays), and it will arrive the next business morning when overnight customers shippings is selected.
